Today, we decided to go for a bit of a hike up our local mountain, Sakar Mountain. We left Tavaklı Village and drove towards the village of Çamoba before turning down a track that leads to the old village of Kayan. This partially deserted village, deep in the pine forest, is where we left our truck and began the walk to the summit of Sakar Mountain. The views from the top are spectacular, with Tavaklı Village and Alemsah below. In the distance, you can see the island of Bozcaada.
Sakar Dağı Gezisi. Bugün biz Kayan Köyü’ne gittik. Oradan, bize en yakın dağ olan Sakar Dağı’nın tepesine yürüyeceğiz. Tepesinden manzara çok şahane. Tavsiye ederiz, gitmeye değer. Tavaklı Köyü, Alemşah olmak üzere tüm civar köyler, Bozcaada ve deniz kıyısı ile Kazdağları gözüküyor.
