Today we decided to go an a bit of a hike up our local mountain, the Sakar Mountain. We left Tavakli Village and drove towards the village of Çamoba before turning down a track that leads to the old village of Kayan. This partially deserted village, deep in the pine forest, is where we will leave our truck and take the walk to the summit of the Sakar Mountain. The views from the top are spectacular and we can see Tavakli village and Alemsah below. In the distance you will see the island of Bozcaada.

Sakar Dağı Gezisi. Bugun biz Kayan köyüne gittik. Oradan bize en yakın dağ olan, Sakar Dağı’nın , tepesine yüreyeceğiz. Tepesinden manazara cok şahane. Tavsiye ederiz, gitmeye değer. Tavaklı Köyü, Alemşah  olmak üzere tüm civar köyler, Bozcaada ve deniz kıyısı  ve Kazdağları gözüküyor.
