Hasan Boğuldu Göleti and the Sütüven Şelalesi are at the same location just to avoid any confusion. To reach this small lake and river with waterfalls is just a 15 minute drive from the centre of Akcay.

This area of outstanding natural beauty now has a spacious car park which is just a short walk to the river and waterfalls. The water is very clean and quite cold since it runs down from the mountain source. There are vendors selling souvenirs and there is a cafe / restaurant on site.

The location is busy throughout the week but especially during the summer and at weekends. Avoid these peak times if you can because it does get very crowded with families having barbecues.
