One of Turkey’s long‑standing spice companies, founded in 1979. Çınar Baharat produces a very wide range of spices, seasonings, flavour additives, and professional food‑industry spice blends. They export to more than 25 countries and operate their own processing facilities for drying, grinding and blending.
Burçak has a history of over 40 years in the spice business, with a highly automated production facility in Gaziantep. They produce red pepper, sumac, cumin, mint and many other spices, as well as beverage powders, sauces and other food‑industry products.
