Several Turkish foundries and smaller manufacturers (often labelled “döküm” — cast iron) produce kuzine stoves and heavy cast kuzine ovens; İzmir-based döküm stove makers (e.g., İzmir Döküm / Petra Döküm) and brands such as FlameStove are good examples of that local cast-iron kuzine tradition. These makers focus on durable döküm kuzine bodies, pelet and odun (wood) stoves and custom designs.
