The main official source for checking land parcels and property boundaries in Turkey is the Tapu ve Kadastro Genel Müdürlüğü (General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre).
The government offers an online service called Parsel Sorgu at:🔗 https://parselsorgu.tkgm.gov.tr/
On this site, you can search by province, district, neighbourhood/village, and parcel number. It shows the boundaries, coordinates, and sometimes zoning status. It is free to use, but it does not display ownership details for privacy reasons — that information is only available in person at the Tapu Müdürlüğü with proper authorisation.
If you need ownership or detailed legal status, you would need to use the Web Tapu system (https://webtapu.tkgm.gov.tr/) which requires login via Turkish e-Government (e-Devlet).
